All garments sold by The Modern Darzi are stitched and prepared after an order is placed, including both standard size and made-to-measure products.
Product images, descriptions, and specifications are intended to provide a general understanding of the garment. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to fabric characteristics, lighting, or screen settings.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- All orders are prepaid only
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
By placing an order, you authorize us to collect payment through the selected payment method.
4. Order Acceptance & Processing
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, it is considered confirmed.
As production begins shortly after confirmation:
- Order cancellations are not permitted
- Orders cannot be modified once placed

5. Shipping & Delivery

The Modern Darzi shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns, Refunds & Fit Guarantee
We do not offer returns or refunds on any orders.
However, The Modern Darzi provides a one-time free alteration where required, as part of our fit guarantee. Alterations are offered in a manner deemed appropriate by us to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event of a damaged or defective product, customers are requested to contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.
Such cases are reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution will be provided with the customer’s experience as a priority.

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, designs, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of The Modern Darzi.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
