Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Modern Darzi, all garments are stitched and prepared only after an order is placed. This allows us to maintain consistency in fit, finish, and quality.

Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, cancellations are not permitted.

As every piece is made specifically for you, production begins shortly after an order is confirmed.


Returns & Refunds

We currently do not offer returns or refunds on any orders.

This applies to both:

  • Standard size garments
  • Made-to-measure garments

All orders are prepaid only.


Fit Guarantee – One-Time Free Alteration

Your fit matters to us.

If any adjustment is required after delivery, we offer a one-time free alteration to ensure the garment fits as intended.

  • Alterations are handled in a manner deemed most appropriate by The Modern Darzi
  • Where possible, we may arrange pickup and drop for the garment
  • In certain cases, alternate alteration solutions may be offered

Our goal is to make sure you are comfortable and confident in what you wear.


Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a garment that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.

Such cases are reviewed individually, with the customer’s experience as our top priority.
An appropriate resolution — including alteration or replacement — will be offered where applicable.


Important Notes

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric characteristics
  • Fit preferences can be subjective; the fit guarantee applies to reasonable alterations only
